Please note that in addition to the selling price, you will be charged shipping fees and the tax duty levied by your country of residence. Fees and taxes may be varied from time to time and are not within the control of the Service. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected. Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
To make a purchase on our website you are not required to register. You can proceed to checkout as a visitor should you not wish to open an account. To be able to use some of the services and features you will need to create an account with us

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER AND PAY?
Shopping at Chasney is quick and easy. All products are in stock and ready for despatch unless otherwise stated. Click here to view your basket and check out now.

AVAILABILITY
To avoid disappointment and delays you can only order items that we have in stock.
Our site tells you if an item is out of stock in a particular size – unfortunately we cannot guarantee that new stock will become available.

HOW TO ORDER
Browse the shop by
1) Click on the product categories in the navigation at the top of the screen
2) Click on product pictures to see more information and to load a larger picture
3) Click the “Add to basket” button to add the products you want to buy to your basket.
The total cost of items, exclude VAT, in the basket will be calculated automatically.
4) To finish shopping, click the ‘Go to Checkout’ link and you will be taken through the simple and secure payment process Your personal details are kept secure at all times and are not shared with any other companies.

Once an order is placed on our website we are unable to make changes or additions.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
We will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the products you have bought, your order total and the billing and delivery address. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Please double-check the information and if anything is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible.

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Myla will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS.
The sale contract is written in English.
Neither our third party payment processor nor our nominated courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of Chasney.

We may also refuse to process and, therefore, accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
When your order is placed and paid, our warehouse begin to pack it right away to ensure it reaches you in good time, we are unable to make product changes (amend address, add or combine items or order cancelling or additions. )
Your purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days. If you have forgotten to purchase an item, you will need to place a secondary order.
