DELIVERY LEADTIME
Delivery times appearing on the above table are estimates and are to be used merely as a guide and commence from the date of dispatch. It will take slightly longer during sale periods. In any event, we will deliver the goods to you within 30 days of the day on which we accept your order.
IMPORT DUTIES TAX
Import duties or customs tax, which bases on your local country’s importation regulations, is not included in shipping charges and Chasney is not responsible in case of international shipments. We are unable to advise on rates as they vary according to country. Please consult your local post office services for more information.
LIST OF CONTENTS
For orders shipping outside of the Hong Kong, a list of contents is enclosed on the parcel for customs purposes, in order to make processing easier and faster.
INSURANCE
In most cases, the products purchased are insured by the carriers who handle the shipments.
DELIVER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN BILLING ADDRESS
You can have your parcel delivered to another address. If you choose to have your parcel delivered to you at work, for instance, please put the name of the company or organisation in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure your parcel is successfully delivered.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All our orders are shipped using a trackable service. For a delivery update, please log on to the relevant carrier’s website and enter the tracking reference provided on the dispatch confirmation email.
Alternatively, you can log into your account to track your order delivery progress.
If you have not received a confirmation email, please contact our Customer Services team.
SIGNATURE ON RECEIPT
Please ensure packages can be received by a person as a signature on receipt is required. Our carrier services cannot leave packages unattended. If nobody is home to sign, your order will be returned to the carrier’s local depot and instructions will be left regarding redelivery.
We don’t deliver to P.O. Boxes, BFPO, PO BOX or APO/FPO addresses.
DELAYS
If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, such as customs clearance processes, we will do best to contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and we will give you a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.
PERFUMES
If your order contains perfume and you are shipping to the UK it will be delivered by Royal Mail and may arrive on a different day to any other items you may have bought. Perfumes cannot be shipped outside of the UK due to international shipping regulation. If you are shipping outside of the UK and your order contains a perfume, we will ship your order without the fragrance and you will only be charged for the shipped items.
